This eDoc form allows you to upload documents to store securely with other employee records. It is used to store scanned faxes and other paperwork, files or notes.

Typical uses are for recording general notes, resumes, interview notes, job performance notes, background check results, scanned identity documents, etc.

If desired, you may also notify up to three other parties that the new notes have been uploaded so that they may access it directly. Of course, access via the reports is also available.
